🎉 About Us

Festive Decor is for people who can't wait for the next holiday. We sell bright, playful decorations that make a season feel like a celebration: giant Halloween inflatables, twinkling trees, yard props, costumes and the kind of thing you put up for six weeks and laugh at every time you walk past it.

Why we started this

We got tired of the same story. You find something great online, you order it, and then it turns up three months later — long after the holiday — or it shows up looking nothing like the photo. Half the time there's nobody to email about it.

So we built the store we wanted to buy from. Same fun, festive stuff. None of the waiting and guessing.

How we pick what we sell

Every item on this site ships from a warehouse here in the USA, so you're waiting days, not months. If it can't ship from here, we don't list it, however good it looks.

We go through listings one at a time. We write our own names and descriptions from the supplier's real specs instead of pasting in a wall of keywords, and we throw out the knockoffs, the garbled listings and anything where the photos don't match what you'd actually receive. It's why our shelves are smaller than a marketplace's, and that's the point.

We also only work with suppliers who stand behind their products with a real return policy, because a return policy you can't use isn't one.

If something goes wrong

You get 30 days to change your mind, and if something arrives damaged, broken or not what you ordered, you get a free replacement or a full refund. No arguing, no photo forensics.

Email support@festivedecor.store and a person replies, usually within one business day.

Who we are

Festive Decor Store is run by FM Digital in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mailing address and everything else you'd want from a company you're buying from is on our Contact page, because you should be able to find out who you're dealing with before you hand over a card number.
