festivedecor.store is operated by Inertia Digital Marketing, doing business as Festive Decor Store, 6501 Arlington Expressway #7151, B105, Jacksonville, FL 32211. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, can't ship to your address, was listed with a pricing or description error, or looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Prices, MSRP and promotions
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
"MSRP" is the manufacturer's suggested retail price. It's shown for reference and isn't a price we previously charged or a promise of what other stores charge.
Promo codes have no cash value, are limited to one per order, can't be combined, and may expire. Welcome codes are for one order per customer. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly, resold or used in a way that breaks their terms.
Shipping, risk and returns
Our Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages are part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier. We'll still help with lost or damaged packages as described on those pages.
Products and safe use
Colors, sizes and details may vary slightly from photos and descriptions, which come in part from our suppliers.
Decorations are not toys unless stated. Follow all included instructions and warnings, especially for inflatables, animated and lighted items: use them only as directed, indoors unless rated for outdoor use, with a suitable outlet or extension cord, secured against wind, and never unattended around open flames. Keep small parts and cords away from young children and pets.
Warranties
Our Returns & Refunds page describes how we handle damaged and defective items. Any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product is provided by the manufacturer. Except as stated there and as required by law, products are sold "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Site content
The site's text, design and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brands belong to their owners. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission, or use the site in a way that disrupts it or breaks the law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we can't, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
