When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days within the lower 48 states. See our Shipping page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@festivedecor.store as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded for free. See Returns & Refunds for how it works.
Can I use these decorations outdoors?
Only if the product description says so. Look for outdoor, waterproof or weather-resistant in the details; if it doesn't say, treat it as indoor or covered-porch decor. Not sure? Email support@festivedecor.store before you order.
How do promo codes work?
Enter your code in the cart before checkout. Only one code can be used per order. Welcome codes from our email signup give free shipping on one order in the lower 48 states and can only be used once.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but it's on our wish list!
