Where we ship

We ship from warehouses in the USA to the 48 contiguous United States (the lower 48).

Many of our items can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO addresses. If you order to one of these, we'll email you before shipping: either with the extra shipping cost for items that can go there, for you to approve, or to cancel and refund your order in full.

Costs

Orders of $75 or more ship free, and orders under $75 ship for a flat $7.95. Free shipping, including free shipping from a welcome code, applies to the lower 48 states only.

Delivery times

Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days in total. Large items and items from different warehouses may arrive in separate boxes on different days.

Shopping for a specific holiday? Order at least 2 weeks early to be safe. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We'll email a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address problems and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Tell us about a mistake right away; once an order ships we may not be able to change it, and extra shipping to re-send a package returned for a wrong address is your responsibility.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email support@festivedecor.store within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to help.
