Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Inertia Digital Marketing, doing business as Festive Decor Store ("Festive Decor", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit festivedecor.store or buy from us.
What we collect
Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought. Stripe processes your payment details; we never see or store your full card number.
Email signup: your email address and the welcome code we give you.
Browsing: pages viewed, products viewed and added to cart, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar data collected with cookies and pixels (see Analytics and Advertising below).
Messages: anything you send us when you contact support.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and answer questions; to prevent fraud and abuse; to understand and improve our store; to measure and show our ads; and, if you signed up, to send marketing emails.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We'll still send emails about orders you place.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our dropshipping partner Doba and its suppliers (to pack and ship your order), our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), and the analytics and advertising partners below. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our site through heatmaps and session replays, so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as clicks, scrolling and pages viewed. Text you type into forms is masked. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
We also use Google Analytics to measure visits, product views and purchases. It uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. Google processes this data under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure those ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This shares information such as pages viewed, products added to cart, purchases, and your device and browser details with Meta Platforms, Inc. For purchases we also share your email, phone number, name and shipping city, state and ZIP code in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the order to an ad. We never share payment card details.
You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info. Meta processes this data under its privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).
Your privacy choices
Some state laws treat sharing data for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: we don't load the Meta Pixel or send your purchase to Meta.
You can also ask us to opt you out of targeted advertising, or to access, correct or delete your personal information, by emailing support@festivedecor.store. We'll respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the store, such as the cart, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for taxes, accounting and returns (generally up to 7 years), and email signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics providers keep data under their own retention settings.
Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, let Stripe handle payment details, and limit who can access customer data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
