How early should I order party supplies?
Order at least two weeks before your party to be safe. Most Festive Decor orders arrive in 5–10 business days, ship from warehouses in the USA, and orders over $75 ship free.
Do balloons come inflated?
No. Balloons ship flat so they arrive in good shape. Each product page lists what's included, such as ribbon, a pump or glue dots, when a kit comes with them.
Can I return party supplies I didn't use?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for how it works.
